Arguably the greatest Kobe model of all time, the Kobe 4 is back in “Protro” form, with the “Draft Day” colourway honouring Kobe being drafted by the Hornets in the 1996 NBA Draft! Sticking true to the original, this model has always been one of my faves and I’m super stoked to review the first, of hopefully, many Kobe 4 Protros to drop in the future!
Made famous being worn by Michael Jordan during his first NBA Title run in 1991, the iconic “Black Infrared 6” makes its return true to OG form tomorrow! This forever classic made of a black nubuck upper, 3M and splashes of vibrant red are unmistakable, especially with the “Nike Air” branding returning to the shoe. A few weeks ago, Nike quietly dropped their latest collab with Dover Street Market, this time with the Air Force 1 Low “NYC” model to celebrate the fifth year anniversary of their New York City location. Featuring premium tumbled leather with subtle hits as a nod to DSM and the Big Apple, these were one of those under the radar drops I had to have!
