The mid-top version of the original Air Jordan 14 Low “Varsity Royal” from 1999 recently dropped in stores, rebranded as the “Laney” 14s. Today I’m reviewing the Saucony Shadow 5000 that is inspired by the Galapagos Islands and one of its native birds – the blue-footed booby! This Saucony x Saucony release has an incredible tropical look and feel to it, with a mix of vibrant blue and green tones, along with neutral suede overlays. Joining forces with Marvel, Nike is dropping a sequel shoe for the sequel movie, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. This Air Jordan 1 is a spin on the “Chicago” colourway, incorporating an array of materials and textures making it seem like it leapt straight from a comic or film. Releasing on May 20th, these are a must for any Spidey geek out there!
One of the hottest colourways of 2023 is back, with the “Lucky Green” Air Jordan 3. This women’s release features that classic colour blocking style, with a predominantly white leather upper, green accents, and the signature elephant print throughout the shoe. The beloved “Thunder” Air Jordan 4 is set to release for the third time in the colourway’s history, with the worldwide release on May 13th! This colourway originally released in 2006, and it features a black nubuck upper, with yellow and white accents throughout resulting in a bold, striking, and unforgettable look.
