I’m back reviewing another general release colourway of Nike’s Zoom Vomero 5. This is the “Light Orewood Brown” colourway which is a simple, cream-toned version that just dropped a few weeks ago in Canadian shops. Check out my review of this everyday essential and let me know what you all think!
Jordan Brand continues their “Reimagined” series with the release of the Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe”. Mimicking the look of the prototype version without the iconic “Wings” logo, this pair features quality leathers on the upper in the classic red, white and black make up. Travis Scott and Jordan Brand are back with another Air Jordan 1 Low. This familiar looking colourway, “Medium Olive”, was seen in last year’s women’s release, but this version features more olive tones with black accents instead of the inverse for last year’s. The incredibly popular “Dark Mocha” Air Jordan 1, which dropped first in 2020 as a high top, returns later this week as a Low. Featuring the same look with a sail leather base, black leather overlays and dark mocha coloured nubuck, these are the perfect shoe to wear in the fall months ahead!
Earlier this month Nike dropped a brand new colourway of the Air Max 1. This pair draws inspiration from hot sauce, with a white mesh base, metallic silver “foil” like leather, and speckled red accents on the Swoosh, top eyelets and more. Travis Scott’s first signature sneaker by Jordan Brand is here – the Jumpman Jack Trainer. Today, I got my hands on the first colourway to widely release – the “Sail / Dark Mocha” edition. These sneakers feature premium materials, with a design obviously rooted in Nike trainers from the late 80s and early 90s. Following the release of the OG “White / Blue” colourway, Nike released this special edition colourway on Air Max Day, 3.26, inspired by a similar release from a decade ago. Slapping on volt hits on the midsole and tongue, these also have 3.26 branding on the tongue – ensuring they stand out on the streets. The newest Nike Air Max model has arrived – the Air Max DN. Featuring Dynamic Air technology, it is built to give the wearer a more dynamic feel underfoot, with a massive, two chamber, four tube Air unit in the heel which features two distinct pressure levels. Skateshops recently released this new colourway of the Nike SB Dunk Low. Crafted using soft suede, its coloured in a mix of vibrant blue and faded green, with sail accents to break up the colours.
