2026 saw the launch of the Asics Gel-NYC 2.0. This model adopts the upper of the Gel-1050, but incorporates a modernized tooling that provides incredible comfort. I’ve heard so many good things about it but never got around to picking up a pair – until now. Tune into the review and let me know if you’re a fan of this silhouette!

NikeCraft x Tom Sachs General Purpose Shoe “Participation” Review

Back in the summer of 2025, the NikeCraft x ISRU app gave users the opportunity to take part in their “summer camp” to earn points, which were eventually used as the criteria for access to the Mars Yard 3.0 release. Those who missed out on those shoes were given the ability to pre-order this special colourway of the General Purpose Shoe, and I finally got them in hand this week. CNCPTS x New Balance 990 V4 “Patina” Review

Concepts’ latest project with New Balance is a banger. The 990 V4 “Patina” draws inspiration from the idea of antiques, and heirlooms being passed down, and how things get better with age. This pair features great quality suede, and a colour palette that is elegant and beautiful. Watch my review as I cover all you need to know. I don’t think this is a pair you’d want to pass on.

Every Now and Then x New Balance 992 “Westbound” Review

Joe Freshgoods returns with a New Balance collaboration with his offshoot Every Now and Then retailer / community hub. This take on the 992 model is one of the year’s best, with a mint green suede paired with a gum rubber outsole. I’m stoked to have been able to grab these off their website directly, and hope to cover all the details you need to know in my vid!

Air Jordan 3 Retro “True Blue” (2026) Review

It’s 1988 all over again. The “True Blue” 3, one of the model’s first colourways to release, is back for the first time after the last retro from a decade ago. This year’s version is crafted with solid materials, improved shape, with a true-to-OG design. Saucony Progrid Ride 1 “Buttercup” Review

Saucony dipped into their archives once again, bringing back the 2008 model, the Progrid Ride 1. This pair was a neutral running shoe back in the day but nowadays, it’s being reintroduced as a lifestyle model. A lightweight mesh upper is paired with Progrid and SRC foam for exceptional comfort. Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble “7-Eleven” Review

These shoes got Nike sued! The “7-Eleven” Air Max 95, though not an official collab with the convenience store chain, shares obvious similarities – most notably the use of the iconic three colours of red, green and orange. Once slated for a 7/11 release date, Nike was hit with a lawsuit which has seemingly caused the shoes’ release to be put on hold. A-Feeling x Saucony Progrid Paramount “The Science of Wow!” Review

The Progrid Paramount was launched in ’07 as a performance runner – but Saucony has brought it back in 2026 as a lifestyle model. This particular pair is a joint project with A-Feeling, coming from the mind of Drew_Bar (formerly of Bodega). Check out this gorgeous colourway and learn more about this model – as I’m sure Saucony will be launching a ton of colourways throughout the year!

Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble “Slate” (2026) Review

One of the original colourways of the Nike Air Max 95 recently returned in “Big Bubble” form. The OG “Slate” colour dropped back in May in all its glory – white mesh and leather, leather panels in a blue gradient finish, and emerald hits to finish the look.
