Based off of the 2006 DMP 11s, Jordan Brand is releasing the Air Jordan 11 “Gratitude” later this week on December 9th. Replacing the nylon upper for a tumbled white leather instead, it otherwise remains fairly true to the original with glossy, black patent leather, gold coloured detailing, and a translucent outsole that made the Air Jordan 11 famous. Nike just dropped this two shoe “Tweed / Corduroy” pack, consisting of a Nike Dunk, and the shoe I’m reviewing today – an Air Force 1 Low. Crafted using a mix of premium fabrics such as tweed, corduroy, wool and more, this is the perfect sneaker to wear in the chillier months with a more grown up look and feel. Last week, Kith released their special collaboration with Madison Square Garden, dropping two colourways of the New Balance 990 V6. Inspired by the teams that call MSG home, the pair I’m reviewing today draw inspiration from the team colours of the NHL’s New York Rangers. This Made in USA pair features a predominantly navy blue upper, with the Rangers’ signature red and blue hits seen throughout, along with an icy outsole as a nod to the sport. Inspired by arctic terrain, this shoe takes a 90s performance running shoe and turns it into more of a trail running shoe with its material and colour choices. This OG colourway of the Air Jordan 12 is back after nearly 15 years since its last retro! The “Cherry” or White/Red Air Jordan 12 recently returned in all its glory, with a soft tumbled leather upper, pebbled red leather overlays, and that incredible Zoom Air that first debuted on an Air Jordan model back in ’97. The Size? x New Balance “Diamond District Pack” of 1906Rs released today, and I’ll be reviewing the “Green” colourway. This pair draws inspiration from vintage luxury watches, swapping out the traditional materials for more premium materials. Season 4 of Teddy Santis’ Made in USA New Balance line kicked off with these killer 990 V4s in this “Olive / Incense” colourway. These beauties feature pig suede in a beautiful faded green tone, with beige and brown hits throughout making it perfect for the fall season.
