Nicknamed “Raised by Women”, this women’s release features an elegant, premium but vintage feel to it, and is definitely one of my favourite releases to release this year so far. Inspired by Amoeba’s logo, design, and signage, I picked up the Grey / Yellow pair recently, which was my favourite of the two. My latest review covers the Nike SB Dunk Low “Gulf” (Club 58). This vibrant pair channels a 1970s aesthetic by sharing the same colour scheme as the iconic Gulf Porsche 917 race car from the same era. Dropping tomorrow, April 16th, we have Sean Wotherspoon and Adidas’ latest collaboration, the ZX 8000 “SuperEarth”! Part of the 26-pair A to ZX collection, this pair represents the letter W, and is constructed in a mismatching, patchwork fashion using vegan recycled materials. Lego and Adidas came back with another collaboration – this time on the Ultraboost DNA model! Taking a more muted colour base compared to its previous ZX 8000 collab, this shoe incorporate customizable midfoot cages through the utilization of actual Lego blocks! The Air Jordan 1 “Hyper Royal” is set to drop this Saturday, April 17th! One of the nicest colourways so far this year, these are constructed in a worn-in-looking blue suede and white leather combination. Definitely one of the most sought after Air Jordan 1s this year, check out my review for an early look at all the details!
The Air Jordan 5 “Raging Bull” returned this past weekend for the first time since its original release in 2009. Although not releasing in the two-shoe pack like it did originally, the red suede version stays pretty true to its OG look. A bold red coloured suede covers the upper, with hits of black and red to give it a classic Chicago Bulls vibe. Check out my review to learn more!
