Utilizing genuine Air Jordan 1 soles, the upper is built from the ground up using premium materials, with a colour palette paying homage to the Doernbecher Freestyle program. This program is set to celebrate their 20th anniversary and a portion of the proceeds from the sales of these shoes are to be donated to Doernbecher directly! Joe Freshgood’s latest New Balance project, “Prom to Paris”, features two monochromatic 990 V6s. Today, I’m reviewing one of the two, the “Paris Red” colourway which covers the entire sneaker with bold and striking shades of red in a mix of materials like genuine suede and mesh. New Balance 997 “Paris” (U997PA) Review
To celebrate the 2024 Paris Olympics, New Balance dropped a collection available only at their La Marais store in Paris. Included in this collection which was designed in part by artist Franck Pellegrino, was this 997. This Made in USA model features a unique blend of colours, and the typical quality materials that New Balance is known for.
