Releasing in womens sizing, this pair incorporates throwback Nike design details and swaps out the typical synthetic materials for genuine leathers and suedes. Travis Scott and Jordan Brand returned today with a brand new colourway of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. This women’s release is inspired by Scott’s high school colours of blue and yellow, and is built in a mix of tumbled leather, and smooth suede. Earlier this week, J Balvin released his fourth collaboration with Jordan Brand, and second on the Air Jordan 3. This “Rio” pair is named after his son, and is crafted using a black leather upper, darkened elephant print panels, and the same gradient look on the midsole and heel that was also used in his previous Air Jordan 3 collab. This pair draws inspiration from hot sauce, with a white mesh base, metallic silver “foil” like leather, and speckled red accents on the Swoosh, top eyelets and more. I’m back with another (lifestyle) review of the Nike Book 1. This is the recently released “Rattlesnake” colourway which dropped earlier this month, and it features a white leather upper, snakeskin patterned Swoosh, and burnt orange accents to complete the look. Canadian abstract artist, Callen Schaub, just launched his first ever collaboration with Saucony. Releasing two pairs on May 6th, today I’m reviewing one of the two – the Shadow 6000. Taking the 1991 retro runner, this colourway is crafted using smooth white leather and black mesh and suede. However it infuses Schaub’s artwork onto the side panels for an overall muted but still unique look. Huge thanks to Saucony Canada for sending over these!
