The Air Jordan 1 returns in the iconic “Bred” or “Black / Red” colourway but with a twist! This version features an upper entirely constructed out of shiny patent leather, which gives the pair that extra pop and shine. Although delayed, these are supposedly set to drop at the end of this month, so who is planning on trying to cop these?

Boston-based boutique, Concepts, teamed up with New Balance last month to drop a Kiwi-inspired 992. Paying homage to the “Kiwi Queen”, Frieda Rappaport Caplan, this 992 features a hairy suede upper, with neon green hits throughout resembling the look of the tropical fruit. I recently hit up a New Balance sample sale and came away with these “Glow in the Dark” Made in UK 920s! Supposedly set to drop in a pack alongside other models like the 1500, these 920s are constructed out of silver leather and mesh, black nubuck overlays, and glow in the dark accents on the outsole and upper. Prior to the heartbreaking passing of Virgil Abloh, his Off-White label collaborated with Jordan Brand and released their unique take on the Air Jordan 2 Low. Dropping in two colourways, I picked up the OG inspired “White / Red” pair, which mimics the look of an original Michael Jordan game-worn and signed pair of Jordan 2 Lows sitting in Jordan Brand’s archives, crumbling midsole and all!
