The New Balance Made in USA collection has begun to roll out their Spring / Summer 2025 line, and one of my faves is the “Avocado” 990 V6. This ultra comfortable model is given bright spring tones of green and cream, perfect for the warmer months ahead. Nike SB continues their Orange Label exclusive drops with the recent release of this “University Blue” coloured SB Dunk Low. Opting for simplicity, it features a pale blue upper comprised of suede, nubuck and mesh. Sail hits provide contrast along with a gum rubber outsole for a touch of class. Nike SB and Jordan Brand are back with the sequel colourway to the 2023 Nike SB x Air Jordan 4. This “Navy” colourway features the same tweaked build, with quality materials in a wearable palette. Michael Jordan’s superstitious beliefs led him to rock his North Carolina training shorts under his Bulls shorts during NBA games. This Air Jordan 3 pays homage to that with a UNC-inspired colourway. Following up on the highly successful two pair collab from 2018, Union Los Angeles and Jordan Brand are back with another Air Jordan 1 collaboration. This 2025 edition combines the upper of the Shadow 1 with the bottom of the Chicago, bringing together two of the most beloved AJ1 colourways of all time into one. Dropping a few weeks back to celebrate the NBA All-Star Game was the Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Sail”. This special edition release replaces the snake scales on the lateral side with showtime stars, paying homage to basketball fans’ favourite February event. The colourway is all about simplicity with a light toned upper accented with a black Swoosh. Tune into my review and leave your thoughts on these below!
Asics just dropped this beautiful general release colourway of the Gel-Kayano 20. The “Blue Neptune” pair features a bright blue upper with black and purple detailing, along with neon Gel pods on the midsole. Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance offered another trio of 860 V2s for pre-order last July, and the most wearable pair of the bunch is what I’m reviewing for you all today. This “White / Green” pair has classic colour blocking, with a primarily white upper accented with silver and green. Check out my video and comment below if you guys also picked up a pair of these!
Multi-hyphenate creative director Juliana Salazar just dropped her collaboration with Asics. Her take on the Gel-Kayano 14 is full of elegance, with a tonal tan upper crafted out of open mesh and suede.
