Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 990 V6 “Incense” (Tan) Review

As part of Aimé Leon Dore’s Spring / Summer ’24 collection, the brand quietly released this New Balance 990 V6 “Incense” to the surprise of many. This Made in USA pair features cream, brown, and beige tones, drawing comparison to the “Mindful Grey” (Cream) general release pair from 2023. Following a pre-order offered last July, Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance’s latest 860 V2 collaboration finally began landing in consumers’ hands in late January. This three-shoe pack included the pair I’m reviewing today, which is covered in a an off-white coloured mesh with cream synthetic overlays – resulting in a tonal, simple, but easy to wear shoe. Air Jordan 3 Retro Craft “Ivory” Review

This past weekend, we saw the newest release from Jordan Brand’s “Craft” or “Handcrafted” series. These Air Jordan 3s are built using a mix of tumbled genuine leather, smooth leathers, and suede layers, in a clean and crisp colour palette with aged accents. Most notably, it also incorporates both Nike Air and Jumpman branding on the heel. Watch my review to learn more about this pair and to see how they are on feet!

Nike Air Max 1 Premium “Keep Rippin, Stop Slippin 2.0” Review

Continuing on with releasing 2.0 versions of iconic Air Max 1s, Nike recently brought back the “Keep Rippin, Stop Slippin” Air Max 1, originally from 2008. Looking totally different from the OGs, this 2.0 version features hairy black suede, smooth leather, and deep red coloured hits on the lining and embroidery. Ronnie Fieg hit me up and sent me a pair of the upcoming Kith x Asics Gel-Lyte III “Blush”. Asics Gel-NYC “Concrete / Oatmeal” Review

I finally picked up a pair of the Asics Gel-NYC! This new lifestyle silhouette which debuted earlier this year, has released in a variety of colours and today I’ll be reviewing the “Concrete / Oatmeal” pair. Inspired by past silhouettes from Asics’ archive, these feature a mix of mesh, suede, and synthetic panels, giving it a mid 2000s design flare. Check out my review to learn more!

Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low OG QS “Rammellzee” Review

Supreme recently released another collaboration with Nike Skateboarding, featuring both a Dunk Low and High, inspired by the work of the late NY-based artist, Rammellzee. Featuring his artwork printed on canvas layers, the shoe is accented with bold, black suede throughout and a gum rubber outsole.
