Supreme recently launched five colourways of the Nike SB Dunk Low, with three being regional exclusives. While I missed on those, I did pick up the “White / Silver” colourway, which pairs smooth white leather with silver accents and embroidery. New York based streetwear label, Awake, dropped their newest Jordan Brand collab, this time releasing two colourways of the Air Jordan 5. I got my hands on the more accessible “Racer Blue” pair, which features a premium black leather upper and lots of special touches that make this a truly unique collaboration. One of the best non-OG colourways of the Air Jordan 12 has returned! The “French Blue” 12s first dropped in 2004, but this year’s retro marks the third time they’ve been given a public release. As part of Kith’s Winter ’24 line, they dropped a couple of Asics collaborations, including the Gel-Nimbus 10.1 that I’m reviewing today. This pair features white mesh, with silver synthetic leather and TPU overlays resulting in a dark, winteresque vibe. The upper of this shoe is also paired with the tooling of the Gel-Kayano 14, resulting in a familiar but still new fusion. Marvel’s Silver Surfer is the unofficial theme of these cult classic Dunks that originally dropped two decades ago. Brought back true to OG form, these feature a two layered mesh upper, two tones of grey leather, and blue and red accents throughout. New Balance’s newest variation on their 1906 model is here – the 1906A. This version takes the tradition components of the upper and warps them, like overhanging N-Lock straps, and panels that are seemingly coming off the shoe’s upper.
