SoleSavy SS1 V3 “Freestyle” (Doernbecher) Review

SoleSavy recently brought back a third colourway of their custom SS1 silhouette, manufactured by Garrixon Studios in Philadelphia. Utilizing genuine Air Jordan 1 soles, the upper is built from the ground up using premium materials, with a colour palette paying homage to the Doernbecher Freestyle program. This program is set to celebrate their 20th anniversary and a portion of the proceeds from the sales of these shoes are to be donated to Doernbecher directly! Check out my review to learn more about this pair that was limited to 250 pairs and sold only to SoleSavy members!

Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Escargot” Review

Nike SB’s Fall 2024 line includes these SB Dunk Lows, inspired by the French food of escargot (or snails). This unique pair features a blend of materials like a green textile, textured beige leathers, and metallic silver leather touches. Check out my review for a closer look and to see how these are on feet! Who else picked these up as well?

Nike Air Tech Challenge II QS “Hot Lava” (2024) Review

Just five years after the last retro (that I also happened to review), the Nike Air Tech Challenge II is back in the original “Hot Lava” colourway, as part of Nike’s Cult Classics reissue program. Dropping today, these sold out quickly in North America, but I was lucky enough to find my size in store this morning. Check out my review for a closer look and to see how these are on feet!

Air Jordan 4 Retro “White Thunder” Review

Today I’m back with another Air Jordan 4 review – this time, a variant on the popular “Thunder” colourway, nicknamed “White Thunder”. These are crafted out of black nubuck, with white accents throughout the shoe, and of course Nike Air technology within the midsole. Watch my review for a closer look and to see how these are on feet!

Nike Air Max 95 Premium “Toronto” Review

My home city takes the big stage with this upcoming Nike Air Max 95. Celebrating Toronto’s diversity and multicultural make up, these feature a mix of materials like leather, nylon and 3M, in familiar skyline (and Blue Jays) colours of white, blue and red. Check out my in-depth review of this pair ahead of its release tomorrow, August 28th and let me know if you plan on scooping up a pair for yourself!
