Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance offered another trio of 860 V2s for pre-order last July, and the most wearable pair of the bunch is what I’m reviewing for you all today. Multi-hyphenate creative director Juliana Salazar just dropped her collaboration with Asics. Her take on the Gel-Kayano 14 is full of elegance, with a tonal tan upper crafted out of open mesh and suede. Hints of silver compliment the upper along with bold pops of blue along the Gel unit in the heel complete the look. Check out my review for an in-depth look and leave your opinions below!

Jordan Brand continues their Reimagined series with the upcoming release of the Air Jordan 5 “Black Metallic”. This original colourway from 1990 stays true to the original with some twists including grey piping on the edges of the panels, and more reflective detailing on the shoe. Originally a PE that was unveiled in 2022, Jordan Brand brought back an alternate colourway of the Rui Hachimura x Air Jordan 1 Low, this one being an Asia exclusive. Featuring beige suede and textile overlays, the layers depict cranes and Japanese cherry blossoms, as a nod to his heritage. Check out my review and see how these are on feet!
New Balance and Joe Freshgoods honour their incredible 5-year run of collaborations with the reintroduction of the New Balance 992. Going back to where their run started, this 992 “Aged Well” seemingly is a washed out version of their original collab from 2020. New Balance and JJJJound linked up earlier this month to release their newest collab, this time on the fan favourite, Made in USA 993 model. Dressed in earth tones of beige and light brown, this continues JJJJound’s trend of wearable, understated projects. London-based artist, Lorenz.OG, dropped his limited collaboration with New Balance earlier this month. This drop consisted of 150 individually numbered and hand-dyed pairs of the 860 V2, inspired by the London skies during sundown.
