A few weeks back, Carnival, a boutique based out of Thailand, dropped a beautiful collab with Asics on the Gel-Kayano 12.1. This pair is inspired by the Phra Nakhon district of its capital city, Bangkok, and features a crochet-knit upper, a cement like spray-on midsole, and more. Nike SB just dropped their altered take on the Air Force 1, making it a version suitable for skateboarding. This first colourway, “Light Orewood Brown”, features a suede upper, lowered footbed for increased ground feel, and the signature puffy SB tongue, all to make this more performance oriented. The newest colourway of the NikeCraft x Tom Sachs General Purpose Shoe arrived last week. This “Bricolage” colourway pays homage to Sachs’ design ethos of creating something by repurposing only what’s at hand. The Virgil Abloh Archive brought back an Air Jordan 1 from 2018 that was originally a European exclusive. This 2026 features the same deconstucted look as its predecessor, this time with icy blue mesh along with the smooth white leather panels. Nike continues their “Greedy” line of the Air Max 95 with this recent release for Air Max Day 2026. Utilizing the “Big Bubble” version of the AM95, the “Greedy” colourway adopts a mismatch of colours taken from past iconic colourways of the sneaker. I finally got my hands on the most cushioned shoe in Nike’s revamped Road Running line, the Vomero Premium, which features 2 inches of ZoomX foam sandwiching two large Zoom Air units in the midsole.
