Two giants combine with this Friday’s release of the LEGO x Adidas ZX 8000. Representing the letter “L” in the A to ZX series, the ZX 8000 is done in a colourway remniscent of the famous toy blocks, along with LEGO branding found throughout. Check out my review for an in-depth look, and share your thoughts about this pair down below! A big thanks to Adidas Canada for the early hook up!
In my latest video, I’m giving you guys an early look at the upcoming Adidas x Pharrell Williams 0 to 60 in the “White / Royal” colourway. This basketball shoe takes the tooling from the Crazy Boost You Wear 2.0, incorporating a Boost midsole, but with a retro 90s inspired
A-Cold-Wall and Converse recently joined forces to release a collection, headlined by the Chuck Taylor All Star Lugged High! This minimalistic but rugged trail-like take on the Chuck Taylor All Star is done in a variety of materials including nylon and heavily rubberized side panels for all-weather wear. The New Balance 1530 debuted in 2019 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the NB 1500! The New Balance wave of popularity continues to rise with each passing month, and the 992 model is fueling a lot of that hype! My latest pickup is the 992 collab between New Balance and JJJJound, in the Green colourway. This Made in USA pair features a deep green hue in mesh and suede, with the quality we’ve come to expect from New Balance. Check out my review to learn more!
Released to celebrate the opening of their Tokyo flagship store, the Kith x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Tokyo” is a highly sought after pair that was exclusive only to the Tokyo store. This premium Air Force 1 features superb leather, Kith branding throughout, and a velvet liner. Check out my review to get a closer look and share your thoughts on these down below!
Union and Jordan Brand returned for a second collab, this time on the Air Jordan 4! I picked up the Union-exclusive pair, which was done in the “Guava Ice” colourway which I’m covering in my latest review! Done in a vintage look, these incorporate a few changes to the traditional look of the Jordan 4 including a stitched down tongue that had the sneaker world in a frenzy, for both good and bad reasons. Ronnie Fieg and Asics teamed up again to release the Tokyo Trio collection, consisting of three pairs of Gel-Lyte IIIs. Arguably the most sought after of the pack, which I’m covering in my lastest review, is the “252.1” colourway, which is a nod to the first Asics collab Fieg ever worked on, stretching back to his days working at David Z. Check out my detailed review to learn more and to see how they look on feet!
