Today I’ll be reviewing the Asics GT-2160 “Kogarashi”, which was interestingly a pair designed by “Tomo Accounts” (or friends) of Asics, including End Clothing, Sneakersnstuff, Slam Jam, and Naked. Kogarashi refers to when summer meets winter, so this shoe features a mix of warm and cool tones that somehow mesh well together cohesively. Check out my video and let me know what you think!
Sweden’s very own Sneakersnstuff recently dropped a New Balance 991 collaboration, inspired by the colours of their very first collab on the 577 model in 2005. Today I’m reviewing co-founder Erik Fagerland’s “Yellow / Blue / White” colourway inspired by the Swedish and Canary Island flags, which is crafted using premium leather and suede. Though these dropped in January, I just picked up a pair of the Sneakersnstuff collaboration with New Balance on the 920 model! These incorporate a bold orange coloured upper with pine green suede accents, for a vintage feel that definitely has a striking look to it. Swedish-based boutique, Sneakersnstuff, teamed up with Adidas in late 2020 to release their take on the Ultra4D model! Nicknamed “Green Teatime” for its greenish shade, these look similar to the earlier collab, the “Tee Time” Ultraboost, but incorporating Adidas 4D technology in the midsole instead of Boost.
