SoleSavy SS1 V3 “Freestyle” (Doernbecher) Review

SoleSavy recently brought back a third colourway of their custom SS1 silhouette, manufactured by Garrixon Studios in Philadelphia. Utilizing genuine Air Jordan 1 soles, the upper is built from the ground up using premium materials, with a colour palette paying homage to the Doernbecher Freestyle program. This program is set to celebrate their 20th anniversary and a portion of the proceeds from the sales of these shoes are to be donated to Doernbecher directly! SoleSavy “SS2” (Air Max 90) Review

SoleSavy’s second ever community custom shoe, the SS2, finally landed in my hands. In this joint project with Philadelphia-based Garrixon Studios, 800 individually numbered pairs of these bespoke Air Max 90s were handmade and sold exclusively to SoleSavy members. This time, this pair draws inspiration from the Parra x Patta Air Max 1 “Cherrywood”, and feature premium quality materials and flawless craftsmanship.
