After much speculation and rumours, Union LA, Fragment Design and Jordan Brand are finally dropping their Air Jordan 1 collaboration. Releasing in three limited colourways, today I’m reviewing the “Royal” colourway which mashes up the bottom of the Air Jordan 1 “Royal” with the upper of the “Metallic Navy”. Travis Scott and Jordan Brand are back with another Air Jordan 1 Low. This familiar looking colourway, “Medium Olive”, was seen in last year’s women’s release, but this version features more olive tones with black accents instead of the inverse for last year’s. Trophy Room recently dropped their second Air Jordan 1 collaboration, this time reworking the OG Low top model. Inspired by the 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan rookie card, this takes a reverse bred colourway but jazzes it up with a ton of premium materials like soft leather and satin. A Ma Maniére and Jordan Brand close off 2023 with one final collab, this time a two-shoe Air Jordan 5 pack nicknamed “Dawn” and “Dusk”. Today I’ll be reviewing the “Dusk” pair, which is crafted using a black nubuck upper, with vintage detailing, and burgundy coloured accents. Cincinnati-based boutique, Corporate, recently released a special edition version of the Air Ship. This vibrant, modern take on this 1980s silhouette features a mix of hairy suede and flat nubuck in a “light menta” colourway. Releasing later this week is the triple collaboration between Jordan Brand, Union LA, and Bephies Beauty Supply. Headlined by two pairs of Air Jordan 1s, today I’m giving you all an early look at the Air Jordan 1 High which incorporates a woven layer, taken from the Nike Air Footscape. This pair also incorporates beautiful, tumbled sail coloured leather, grey accents and gold or yellow detailing throughout. A Ma Maniére and Jordan Brand released their newest collab to kick off August, with their spin on the Nike Air Ship. Crafted using a mix of soft white and black leathers, along with vintage yellowed accents along the midsole and an aged outsole, these seemingly are lifted straight from 1984. The legendary sneaker worn by tennis legend John McEnroe in the 80s is finally back for the first time. The Mac Attack dropped yesterday in its original colourway, incorporating a mix of grey leather, black leather, and black mesh.
