Multi-hyphenate creative director Juliana Salazar just dropped her collaboration with Asics. Her take on the Gel-Kayano 14 is full of elegance, with a tonal tan upper crafted out of open mesh and suede. Going back to where their run started, this 992 “Aged Well” seemingly is a washed out version of their original collab from 2020. The Nike ACG Izy originally released in the late 90s but finally received its first retro treatment with the release a couple months ago. Salehe Bembury just dropped his newest collaboration with New Balance, called “Prosperity Be The Prize”. This time working on a 530 model, it is inspired by Kyoto’s famous Bamboo Forests, translated with neon yellow and green coloured mesh, suede and synthetic layers. Saucony joined up with Parisian boutique, Starcow, to drop this masterpiece of a colourway of the Progrid Omni 9. Releasing late last week, this colourway features various shades of green along the upper in a combination of mesh, genuine suede, and more. Hints of orange provide some pop along with subtle golden accents as well. Check out my review and see how these are on feet!
