To celebrate the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, Nike SB released the “Electric Pack” which is headlined by the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro. Also nicknamed the “Olympic Safari” pack, these feature the iconic Nike safari print on the upper, with black leather and suede hits along with bright blue laces to add some pop. The Whitaker Group continued their ongoing partnership with New Balance, releasing two pairs of the 1906U under the collection called “Willful Bias”. End and Saucony recently teamed up to release this beautiful homage to the legendary Loch Ness Monster in Scotland. Designing this Progrid Triumph 4 to incorporate dark blue mesh, hairy suede layers and textured nubuck akin to Nessie’s scales – these are a beautiful example of a creative but well thought out collab. JJJJound is back with another take on Adidas’ Samba model. This time though, it ditches the “Made in Germany” fiasco, but this Vietnam-made pair is arguably just as nice. Crafted out of a hairy tan suede, it’s complimented with brown accents throughout. Anyone out there pick up a pair of these also?

Artist Nina Chanel Abney just dropped her second collaborative project with Jordan Brand, this time creating a unique spin on the Air Jordan 3. This women’s release saw a striking green upper crafted out of suede and canvas, while a cream midsole and outsole toned down the green along with orange accents. Stone Island is following up on last years highly successful 574 Legacy collab with New Balance, dropping two new colourways this week. Releasing in “Light Green” and “Dark Green”, these feature a mix of ripstop, genuine suede, reflective panels and more. As part of their Spring / Summer 2024 line, Wales Bonner teamed up with Adidas to release a collection of footwear and apparel, inspired by the legacy of East African runners. Today I’m reviewing a Samba from this collection, crafted out of nylon in the “Wonder Clay” colourway. Accompanied with premium leather and suede, accents of blue add some pop to this classic looking Samba colourway!
