Following the release of the OG “White / Blue” colourway, Nike released this special edition colourway on Air Max Day, 3.26, inspired by a similar release from a decade ago. Slapping on volt hits on the midsole and tongue, these also have 3.26 branding on the tongue – ensuring they stand out on the streets. Continuing on with releasing 2.0 versions of iconic Air Max 1s, Nike recently brought back the “Keep Rippin, Stop Slippin” Air Max 1, originally from 2008. Looking totally different from the OGs, this 2.0 version features hairy black suede, smooth leather, and deep red coloured hits on the lining and embroidery. This vibrant, modern take on this 1980s silhouette features a mix of hairy suede and flat nubuck in a “light menta” colourway. Crafted using a mix of soft white and black leathers, along with vintage yellowed accents along the midsole and an aged outsole, these seemingly are lifted straight from 1984. Following a limited shock drop on the Nike SNKRS app earlier this month, the worldwide release for the “UNC Toe” Air Jordan 1 is set for this Saturday, July 22nd! Featuring a mix of white, black and university blue coloured leather, these adopt the same colour blocking style as the “Bred Toe” colourway. This past Saturday, Jordan Brand released these “Black Cement” Air Jordan 1 Lows, honouring the 35th anniversary of the iconic Air Jordan 3 and its beloved elephant print pattern. Featuring a black nubuck base, elephant print overlays and a white leather Swoosh cover the shoe, it results in a very unique and polarizing look.
