Aimé Leon Dore brought back a 1982 tennis sneaker from New Balance – the T500. Releasing as part of the brand’s Fall / Winter 2023 lineup, they dropped in three colourways. Today, I’ll be reviewing my fave of the three, the “White / Green” pair, that features quality leather uppers and vintage colour blocking atop a classic, clean, silhouette design. Afew teamed up with Diadora to release this special edition B.560, honouring Dino Russo, a talented tennis player who many never heard of because he chose to not turn pro. This made in Italy sneaker features thick, tumbled leather, buttery suede, and vintage distressing throughout the midsole. The legendary sneaker worn by tennis legend John McEnroe in the 80s is finally back for the first time. The Mac Attack dropped yesterday in its original colourway, incorporating a mix of grey leather, black leather, and black mesh.
