This 2025 edition combines the upper of the Shadow 1 with the bottom of the Chicago, bringing together two of the most beloved AJ1 colourways of all time into one. Releasing later this week is the triple collaboration between Jordan Brand, Union LA, and Bephies Beauty Supply. Headlined by two pairs of Air Jordan 1s, today I’m giving you all an early look at the Air Jordan 1 High which incorporates a woven layer, taken from the Nike Air Footscape. This pair also incorporates beautiful, tumbled sail coloured leather, grey accents and gold or yellow detailing throughout. Union Los Angeles’ latest collab remixed the 80s silhouette, the Nike AJKO, and made it into a low cut. Releasing in two versions earlier this month, I’m reviewing both of them – one in white canvas, the other in a sail coloured leather. This three shoe “Passport Pack” started off with the drop of the “Midnight Navy / Pistachio” pair, which was followed with the release of the “Argon” and “Court Purple” in late March. Inspired by regional exclusive Dunks from the late 90s and early 2000s, this is a modern day twist covering the leather with a ripstop nylon layer. To celebrate Union LA’s 30th anniversary, they linked up with Jordan Brand once again to release two new colourways of the Air Jordan 4. This “Tent & Trail” collection was headlined by the “Taupe Haze” colourway which channels the late 80s / early 90s fashion trend of the outdoors and camping gear.
