A few weeks back, Jordan Brand dropped this beauty of an AJ3 – in the “Neapolitan” colourway. Nicknamed this for its use of brown, pink, and white (like the ice cream) this women’s pair was one that I definitely was excited for! Nike celebrated Air Max Day, 3.26, by dropping three regional exclusive Air Max 1s. The Asia and Latin America pair was the women’s “Wabi-Sabi” colourway which I’m reviewing today. Based on the philosophy of seeing beauty in imperfection, this pair is done in mismatching fashion, with a canvas and leather construction, contrast stitching, and an overall raw and natural aesthetic. The perfect summer shoe, these feature both white coloured soft smooth leather along with the signature patent shiny leather, and bold orange hits throughout! Aleali May’s third Air Jordan 1 collaboration released earlier this week, with the “Califia” colourway. This time, the collab was done on the women’s Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT, which a reworked version of the classic model that is supposedly more comfortable than its predecessor. My review of one of the biggest drops of 2021 is here! A Ma Maniére and Jordan Brand’s collaboration on the Air Jordan 3 celebrates the women in our lives. Nicknamed “Raised by Women”, this women’s release features an elegant, premium but vintage feel to it, and is definitely one of my favourite releases to release this year so far.
