The triple collaboration between Invincible, N.Hoolywood and New Balance is crafted using a tonal grey upper in a variety of materials like shaggy suede and nylons. As New Balance is ready to shelve the 991 V1 model, they ended things with one final pack, aptly called the “Finale Pack”. Consisting of two colourways, these Made in England pairs include the pair I’m reviewing today – the “Delicioso” colourway, which features a perforated nubuck upper, brown suede overlays and an Abzorb midsole. As part of Aimé Leon Dore’s Spring / Summer ’24 collection, the brand quietly released this New Balance 990 V6 “Incense” to the surprise of many. This Made in USA pair features cream, brown, and beige tones, drawing comparison to the “Mindful Grey” (Cream) general release pair from 2023.
