SoleSavy’s fourth custom silhouette, the SS4, just dropped in a brand new colourway for 2025. Nicknamed “Shadow Split”, it’s use of white and black tones in a wide variety of materials results in an intricate but wearable colourway for every day wear. Releasing earlier this month was the latest collab between Kith and New Balance. Dropping two pairs, this release consisted of a New Balance 1000, and the pair I’m reviewing today – the 990 V4. This “Moonrock” colourway features a dark beige mesh and suede upper, with cream accents and reflective detailing. And as always, it is made in New Balance’s USA factories. Joe Freshgood’s latest New Balance project, “Prom to Paris”, features two monochromatic 990 V6s. Today, I’m reviewing one of the two, the “Paris Red” colourway which covers the entire sneaker with bold and striking shades of red in a mix of materials like genuine suede and mesh.
