JJJJound x Asics GT-2160 “White / Black” Review

Montreal-based design studio, JJJJound, is known for their minimalistic takes and the same holds true in their latest collaboration with Asics. Callen Schaub x Saucony Progrid Omni 9 “White / Multi” Review

Canadian abstract artist, Callen Schaub, is set to launch his first ever collaboration with Saucony. Releasing two pairs on May 6th, today I’m reviewing one of the two – the Progrid Omni 9. This pair features a textile upper which pays homage to Schaub’s art style, alongside white and black leather overlays. Check out my detailed review to learn more and to see how these are on feet! Dime x Asics GT-2160 “Arctic Wolf” Review

Montreal-based brand, Dime, released their collaboration with Asics, with this beautiful take on the 2011 running shoe, the GT-2160. This pair features a mix of cream mesh and synthetic leather layers, with gradient finishes on both the mesh upper and midsole. JJJJound x Reebok Club C 85 “Olive” Review

JJJJound continued their ongoing partnership with Reebok by releasing a new version of the Club C 85. Crafted using a soft, tumbled white leather on the upper, olive coloured accents are seen throughout the shoe resulting in a very wearable, simple and versatile everyday sneaker. Nike Dunk Low Premium “Montreal Bagel” Review

Nike Sportswear recently released a special edition version of the Dunk Low, celebrating the famous bagels from Montreal, Canada. Releasing in Canadian shops with a special edition Montreal-themed box, these are leather built on the upper with sesame seed prints throughout, and a gum rubber outsole. JJJJound is back with another collaboration with New Balance. These though were exclusive to their home city of Montreal in Canada. Releasing online, these were only available to be purchased by local residents for local pickup, and in typical JJJJound form, opted for a beautiful but simple take on the 990 V3 silhouette. JJJJound recently dropped their latest collaboration with New Balance, this time with the “Olive” 990 V3 which was much anticipated by the sneaker community. This Made in USA pair features quality suede, nubuck and mesh in a beautiful olive green shade, along with reflective hits and black coloured accents.
